Overview
Liners protect the shell and shape the motion of the grinding charge. A wave profile lifts the charge higher for impact grinding; a step profile suits fine grinding where attrition dominates; smooth plates are used in regrind duties where charge slip is acceptable.
What we supply
- Shell liners, end liners, grate plates and lifter bars.
- Manganese, chrome-molybdenum alloy or rubber, matched to the duty.
- Bolts, sealing washers and a fitting drawing with every set.
Sizing note
Send the mill drawing or the original liner part numbers. We confirm thickness and bolt pitch before casting, so a set fits without site modification.
