Mineral Processing Equipment · Since 1998
We engineer, manufacture and commission crushing, grinding, separation and dewatering machinery — delivered as single machines or as a complete beneficiation line from one factory.
The Process
Most plants are assembled from four or five different suppliers. Every interface becomes someone else's problem — throughput, power draw, particle size, commissioning dates. We build the entire circuit in one place, so the guarantees come from one company.
Jaw crushers and vibrating screens reduce run-of-mine ore to a manageable feed size.
Ball and rod mills liberate the valuable minerals from the gangue.
Flotation, magnetic and gravity circuits concentrate the target mineral.
Thickeners, filters and dryers deliver a transport-ready product.
Belt conveyors and feeders link every stage into one continuous flow.
Our Equipment
Standard modules with configurable liners, drives and capacities — sized to your ore, not pulled off a shelf. Tell us the feed and the target product and we will specify the unit.
Crushing
Primary size reduction for hard rock and ore, with a deep crushing chamber and reversible jaw plates.
View machineSizing, scalping and controlled feed, with adjustable stroke and wear-resistant decks.

Grinding
Fine grinding for mineral liberation, available in overflow, grate and central-discharge designs.
View machineCoarse grinding with a uniform product and low slime generation, ideal ahead of gravity circuits.
View machine
Classification
Size classification and fines recovery in closed circuit with the grinding mill.
View machineWashing and dewatering of sand and fine aggregate with minimal product loss.

Flotation
Selective recovery of sulphide and oxide minerals with self-aspirated or forced-air cells.
View machineHigh-selectivity cleaning for fine particle circuits with low entrainment and reduced reagent use.
View machine
Gravity
Gravity concentration of gold, tin, tungsten and other heavy minerals with a sharp clean cut.
View machineSlurry conditioning ahead of flotation and leaching, with replaceable impellers and wear liners.
View machine
Magnetic
Wet and dry separation of ferrous and paramagnetic ores, from low-intensity drums to high-gradient matrices.
View machine
Dewatering
Solid-liquid separation and process water recovery, with rake drives sized for continuous duty.
View machineMoisture reduction for concentrates and tailings, fired by coal, gas, oil or biomass.
View machineContinuous material transport across the plant, engineered for incline, capacity and dust control.

The Factory
Our works cover 128 acres of fabrication, machining and assembly halls. Every unit is trial-assembled and run before shipment — a complete grinding and flotation circuit can be tested as a system, not as a stack of separate crates.
A team of 240+ engineers and technicians handles flowsheet design, structural calculation, electrical integration and on-site commissioning. We have delivered projects in more than 30 countries, from small gravity plants to 2,000 t/d polymetallic concentrators.
