Overview
Jaw plates are the wear part that sets the cost per tonne of a primary station. We cast them in Mn13, Mn18 or Mn22 depending on how abrasive the rock is, and cut the tooth profile for coarse, medium or fine crushing so the chamber keeps its nip angle as the plates wear.
What we supply
- Fixed and swing plates for PE and PEX machines.
- Side liners, toggle plates and seats on request.
- Batch stock of the common sizes for 7–20 day delivery.
Choosing the grade
Mn18 is the default for hard, blocky feed. Step up to Mn22 for quartz-rich or highly abrasive ore, and stay with Mn13 where impact is low and cost per kilogram matters more than wear life.
