Overview
Idler drag is a quiet consumer of power and a common cause of belt mistracking. Our rollers use multi-labyrinth seals and stamped bearing housings, so they keep turning in dust and washdown conditions instead of seizing and wearing the belt cover.
What we supply
- Troughing, impact, return and training idlers.
- Head, tail and take-up pulleys, plain or lagged.
- Common sizes in stock; non-standard frames to drawing.
Maintenance tip
Spin each idler by hand at every shutdown. A roller that will not coast for two or three turns is already costing more in belt wear than a replacement costs to buy.
