Description
The ZSW-490×110 vibrating feeder takes 600 mm run-of-mine feed and delivers a controlled, even stream to the primary crusher. Its stepped grizzly bars scalp fines before they reach the chamber, which raises crusher throughput and cuts wear.
Paired with the 3YK-2160 three-deck screen, the package produces up to 400 t/h of graded material. Both units share the same heavy-duty vibrator design, so spares and maintenance procedures are common across the plant.
