About Hunan Dahua Heavy Industry
Hunan Dahua Heavy Industry Intelligent Equipment Co., Ltd. was founded in 1998 as Chenzhou Jinding Mining Equipment Manufacturing Co., Ltd. From a single workshop, we have grown into a manufacturer of complete mineral processing lines, serving mines in more than 30 countries.
Our 128-acre production base in Guiyang Industrial Park, Chenzhou, brings casting, heavy machining, assembly and testing under one roof. More than 240 engineers and technicians support customers from ore testing and flow-sheet design through installation, commissioning and spare parts.

What we do
We supply single machines and complete lines for crushing, grinding, classification, flotation, gravity separation, magnetic separation, dewatering and conveying. Every project starts with ore testing and a process flow sheet, and ends with a factory test run before shipment.
Separation & concentration
Flotation cells and columns, magnetic separators, shaking tables, classifiers, thickeners and dryers configured as one flow sheet.
Conveying & after-sales
Belt conveyors, screens and washing equipment, plus spare parts, installation supervision and operator training for the life of the line.

Castings are inspected before machining; every shaft, gear and bearing seat is measured against the drawing. Completed machines run under load before packing, and each shipment leaves with a test report, manual and spare-parts list.
