Description
This B800 conveyor is a modular troughed belt unit built for continuous plant duty. The 800 mm belt runs on three-roll idlers that keep the load centred, and the 20-metre centres can be extended or shortened on site as the flow sheet changes.
The head and tail pulleys are sized for the 100–300 t/h range, and the 11–22 kW drive is matched to the incline and tonnage. Bolt-on skirt boards, a gravity take-up and a scraper cleaner keep spillage and carry-back under control.
