Description

Description

The FG-15 separates the mill discharge into an overflow of fine product and a settled sand that returns to the mill. Closing the circuit this way protects the pump and cyclone from coarse material and keeps the circulating load stable.

The spiral is driven through a shaft-mounted reducer, and the lift height is set by the overflow weir. It is a low-energy unit — 7.5 kW for 40–120 t/h — with few wearing parts.
