Description
The Φ2.2×12 m dryer uses a directly heated rotating shell and internal lifters to cascade wet material through the hot gas stream. It is sized for concentrate and tailings that must be dried before bagging or shipment.
The 22 kW drive turns the shell through a girth gear, and a variable-speed feed controls residence time. Seals at both ends keep dust inside, and the discharge temperature is monitored at the outlet.
