Description
The FCS-2000 is a 2.0 m diameter column with a 20–50 t/h feed. Wash water is added at the top of the froth zone, so gangue entrained in the bubble swarm is washed back — the result is a cleaner concentrate in a single stage.
The column has no moving rotor. Air enters through a sparger at the base, and the froth is collected in a launder at the top. Its tall, slim shape makes it a compact cleaner unit for tight plant layouts.
