Description
The MQG-2100×3000 is a wet overflow ball mill for the second stage of a beneficiation circuit. Ore and water enter through the trunnion; the rotating shell lifts the ball charge and cascades it onto the ore, grinding 30–80 t/h to the size your liberation test requires.
The shell is rolled from heavy plate with welded flanges, and the trunnion bearings run in oil. A 210 kW drive through a ring gear and pinion keeps power draw predictable, while the overflow discharge is simple to pump to classification.
