About
Since 1998 we have built mineral processing machinery for mines in more than 30 countries — and we still assemble, test and commission every line ourselves.
DODIAG began as a workshop supplying wear parts and small mills to local mines. Twenty-five years later the same principle still runs the company: understand the ore, build the machine properly, then stand behind it.
Today we design and manufacture fourteen machine families covering the full beneficiation flowsheet. A single project team owns the flowsheet, the equipment list, the fabrication schedule and the commissioning — so there is no gap for a problem to fall into.
How we work
01 · Test & flowsheet
Bench and pilot tests on your sample establish liberation size, recovery route and reagent regime.
02 · Engineering
Mass balance, equipment sizing, layout, structural and electrical drawings — issued for approval before fabrication.
03 · Manufacturing
Fabrication, machining and assembly in our own halls, with in-process inspection and a trial run before shipment.
04 · Commissioning
Site installation supervision, cold and hot commissioning, operator training and a performance test against the guarantee.
